Supporting our customers’ sustainability programmes by detecting areas within the feed production process with a high emissions rate and providing tailored strategies to reduce this environmental impact.
Engineering Service
Feed processing conditions vary dramatically between feed mills, and pelleting temperatures and conditioning times have increased in recent years to meet the demands for ever greater levels of feed hygiene and pellet quality.
NIR Service
The nutritional value of raw materials varies according to factors including genetics, drying and storage. Any deviation from target specification will translate directly into economic losses.

Calculate the percentage of dietary fibre in your feed
Our calculator is designed for nutritionists and uses averages of global raw materials to calculate the dietary fibre content (plus other more in-depth fibre parameters) of finished animal feed. These parameters are available within AB Vista’s Dietary Fibre analysis service (part of our NIR service).
